Butter Yellow and Completely Intentional: A Co-Ed Shower at a Private Arizona Estate
Some pre-wedding celebrations are an afterthought. This one was anything but.
On Valentine's Day 2026, Skyler - principal planner at Mandy Marie Events - celebrated her upcoming wedding with a co-ed shower at a private Arizona estate. The design was deliberate from the first detail to the last: butter yellow draping by Divinity Event Productions wrapped the space from floor to ceiling, setting a warm, enveloping tone that carried through every corner of the evening.
The palette was simple - butter yellow and cream - and it did exactly what a restrained palette should do: let the details breathe. And the details were worth breathing room. A champagne tower poolside. Grapes and candlelight on the bar top. Fuzzy handcuffs. Olive skewers. The kind of event that knows when to be chic and when to be fun, and pulls both off without trying too hard.
Prim was proud to provide the rentals that helped bring the space to life. The Ada Banquette and Banquette Boxes anchored the lounge seating beneath the draping, paired with Edison Bistro Tables and Lotus Poufs for a cozy, gathered feel. The Olympia Fringe Chair added a textural moment to the lounge vignette, while the Glam Gather Table with Calvin Bar Stools created a casual cocktail seating option for guests who preferred to stand and mingle. Fringe Lamps on every bistro table kept the lighting warm and intimate as the evening settled in.
Behind the bar, the Sarrah Panel Bar in dark wood paired with the Jessica Bar Back Shelf created a polished, editorial backdrop - styled simply and effectively with glassware and candlelight.
Every piece was chosen to serve the concept. The concept was Skyler's and the result speaks for itself.
