Elevated Event Rentals for an Arizona Biltmore Vow Renewal

When a beloved industry peer celebrates a milestone, it’s an honor to be part of it. Elyse Hall - of Elyse Hall Photography - is not only a talented creative we’ve worked with on countless weddings and events, she’s also a cherished member of the Arizona event community. Being part of her and Jeff’s vow renewal at the iconic Arizona Biltmore was a true privilege.

The celebration began outdoors with a heartfelt ceremony surrounded by loved ones, followed by a reception inside the Biltmore’s historic Aztec Room—famous for its original 18-karat gold-leaf ceiling and copper beams that cast a signature warm glow. The design leaned into a timeless palette of black, cream, and soft gold with accents of rich green for depth and warmth.

Our elevated event rentals helped bring this refined yet laid back vision to life. Ada Banquettes were paired with green-painted banquette boxes and black Edison Bistro Tables to create chic, modern seating arrangements. Elegant tabletops featured lush florals, gold-accented place settings, and our Mini Crystal Table Lamps for a soft, intimate glow. Lounge moments around the black and white checkered dance floor featured our Courtney Sofa, Bronx Leather Chairs, Woodrow Block Coffee Table, and Maria Rug, while cocktails were served from our signature Prim Green velvet Marlowe Bar with the Kyler Bar Back.

From the ceremony to the last toast, this celebration was a beautiful reminder of how elevated event rentals can shape the entire guest experience, especially when shared with a community that means so much.
