We were honored to be part of Sam Hubbard and Jessica Koehler’s stunning wedding celebration in Paradise Valley, recently featured in BRIDES. Planned by BTS Event Management and set against the iconic desert backdrop of El Chorro, this spring wedding masterfully blended modern elegance with cozy, romantic touches—a true reflection of the couple’s shared style.

From the emotional ceremony beneath the desert sky to a lively cocktail hour featuring signature drinks and live music, every detail was thoughtfully designed to offer a one-of-a-kind guest experience. As guests were ushered to the reception, they entered a custom-built open-air structure in the heart of the desert—a bold, unexpected reveal that set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

Inside the reception, Prim Rentals was proud to contribute to the elevated design with our Leopold Black Velvet Dining Chairs. These round-back chairs, with their plush velvet upholstery and antiqued wood frame, added refined texture and bold contrast to the head table and guest seating. Arranged around chartreuse velvet linens and floral-print plate settings, the chairs helped frame a dynamic, fashion-forward reception design described by BRIDES as “a fabulous party that is so authentically Sam and me.”

With a statement dance floor, layered lighting, and thoughtful personal touches throughout, this wedding was a celebration of love, style, and intentional design.
