As Lara began her career in sales, she found her success came quickly as the result of her ability to build deep and long lasting relationships with her clients. Not only did this trait come naturally to Lara, she also knew it was one that she would carry with her into each of her business ventures, and is a foundational block to Prim. Driven by her desire to be better each day, never settling for just ‘ok’ and to make the environment around her more beautiful, Lara dives into each project, connecting and serving her clients and perfecting each space she designs with ease. Each of these qualities, brick by brick, layers Prim’s strength daily.

OWNER AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Originally from California, Kim was working in the tech industry in San Francisco and after a year in the city, her company opened an office in Phoenix and asked her to relocate. Eventually moving into new areas of marketing, Kim started building digital marketing campaigns for small to medium size businesses. Kim found ways to learn every area of building and brandING online beyond just SEO and photos online. A strategy started growing very organically with Prim as our business grew and combined with the sales, marketing and creative background, we created the business Prim Design Co is today.
