The Wedding Style Me Pretty Called Timeless - And the Rentals Behind It

When Bella sat down to think about what she wanted her wedding to feel like, she kept coming back to one question: "When we're eighty years old, showing these photographs and videos to our grandchildren, how do I want this day to feel?" The answer was always the same - grace, warmth, and timeless elegance. Something beautiful regardless of the decade.

That clarity of vision translated into a March 2026 celebration at Four Seasons Scottsdale that Style Me Pretty recently featured - and it's easy to see why. Soft greens, crisp whites, 300 individually placed calla lilies, florals climbing a Desert Ironwood Tree, and Clair de Lune played live down a 90-foot aisle. Every detail chosen with intention. Every vendor operating at their best.

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place beneath open sky at Four Seasons Scottsdale, down a 90-foot aisle lined with florals by Lux Floral Studio. Guests were seated in the venue's signature X Back Chairs, elevated with our Luxury White Chair Cushions - a detail that feels simple on paper but makes an immediate visual impact in person. The cushions brought a softness and polish to the seating that aligned perfectly with the refined, organic palette Bella had envisioned from the start. Clean, cohesive, and quietly considered - exactly the kind of detail that photographs beautifully without calling attention to itself.

The Ironwood Terrace: Cocktail Hour

Following the ceremony, guests moved to the Ironwood Terrace — one of the most naturally beautiful outdoor spaces at Four Seasons Scottsdale - where cocktail hour unfolded beneath open sky and desert ironwood trees draped in florals by Lux Floral Studio.

Prim furnished the terrace with a lounge collection that balanced warmth and modernity in equal measure. The Harper Loveseat and Hudson Coffee Table anchored the central seating area - comfortable, sophisticated, and perfectly scaled for the relaxed energy of cocktail hour. A Woven Rug grounded the grouping, while the Sculpted White Table Lamp and Meyer Console Table added layered warmth and surface space throughout.

Two newer Prim pieces made a notable appearance here as well. The Maya Bench brought a sculptural, contemporary edge, and the Vivi Accent Chair - one of Prim's newest arrivals - added a fresh, modern shape that held its own beautifully against the organic landscape. The Full Round Luna Bar served as the cocktail hour's functional centerpiece, styled simply and cleanly in keeping with the palette.

The Fountain Terrace: Reception

As guests moved to the Fountain Terrace for dinner, the design deepened. Prim's Kingswood Harvest Rectangular Dining Tables brought warm, natural wood tones to the reception layout - a grounding counterpoint to the lush floral arrangements and candlelight that filled every corner of the space. Folding tables draped in linens extended the tablescape seamlessly, and the ceremony chair cushions carried through from earlier in the day, maintaining that thread of cohesion across every space.

Westgate Events' Cydney Lundahl - who Bella credited as instrumental in helping select furniture and design elements that complemented the atmosphere - made sure every piece was chosen with intention. That kind of collaborative approach between planner and rental partner is exactly how a reception ends up feeling this considered.

Lux Floral Studio placed more than 300 calla lilies individually on each guest's plate, resting on embossed bifold menus and cabbage chargers. Our Signature Panel Bar with Jessica Bar Back Shelves anchored the bar service for the evening - styled with glassware and florals that carried the soft green and white palette all the way through to the bar.

The Ballroom: Dancing

When dinner concluded and guests moved inside for dancing, the same cocktail hour lounge followed - Harper Loveseats, Hudson Coffee Tables, Maya Bench, and Vivi Accent Chairs repositioned around the perimeter of the dance floor to give guests somewhere to gather, rest, and watch between songs.

The bar for the ballroom portion of the evening was one of Prim's most distinctive: the Shadow Box Bar with Custom Fluted Inserts painted in Dark Truffle. Deep, rich, and unexpected - it was exactly the kind of piece that signals a shift in energy from dinner to dancing without abandoning the elegance that defined the rest of the day.

The Full Picture

What made this wedding work - beyond the extraordinary talent of every vendor in the room - was the clarity of vision the bride brought to every decision. Not trend-chasing. Not performative. Just genuinely, quietly beautiful. Planned by Westgate Events, photographed by Kaylee Chelsea Photography, and brought to life florally by Lux Floral Studio, it's the kind of wedding that earns a Style Me Pretty feature not because it tried to, but because it couldn't help it.
