An El Chorro Wedding in Paradise Valley: Kristina & Jeff's Classic Celebration with a Coral Twist
There are weddings that play it safe — and then there are weddings that know exactly who they are. Kristina and Jeff's March celebration at El Chorro in Paradise Valley, Arizona was firmly and beautifully the latter. What began as a ceremony steeped in timeless elegance — creamy neutrals, lush greenery, and the kind of quiet refinement that never goes out of style — unfurled into a cocktail hour and reception that surprised every guest with saturated pops of coral and orange. The result was a wedding that felt both classic and alive, anchored in tradition but with a personality all its own.
Planned by the team at Revel Wedding Company and captured by Kaylee Chelsea Photography, every detail of this day was considered with care. Prim Event Rentals was honored to contribute the furniture and lounge pieces that shaped some of the most memorable design moments of the evening — from the ceremony entry to the clear-top tent and every lounge corner in between.
The Welcome: Atticus Round Dining Table
The first impression of Kristina and Jeff's wedding set the tone perfectly. Positioned at the entrance to the ceremony space beneath El Chorro's clear-top tent, Prim's Atticus Round Dining Table served as the welcome table — anchored by a towering floral arrangement from Mint Green Design in all-white hydrangeas, calla lilies, and lush greenery, with the couple's guest book and ceremony programs laid out alongside a gold terrarium card box. The table's warm, natural finish grounded the moment without competing with the florals, letting the design speak for itself. Looking beyond it, rows of cross-back chairs stretched toward the altar — the ceremony already feeling like something from another world.
Beneath the Tent: Atticus Dining Tables + Ada Banquettes
If the ceremony was the first chapter, the reception beneath the clear-top tent was the one everyone will be talking about for years. Long runs of Prim's Atticus Dining Tables stretched the length of the tent, their concrete-inspired finish giving the tablescape an architectural weight that balanced the softness of the florals above. Mint Green Design delivered lush, low arrangements of ranunculus, hydrangea, and garden roses in coral, blush, and orange that cascaded along the table runner — the color story of the evening arriving in full bloom.
On one side of the head table, Prim's Ada Banquettes added a defining design moment. Their upholstered, high-backed silhouette brought a European, almost brasserie-like quality to the tent setting — intimate and intentional, the kind of detail that makes a guest stop and look twice. The pairing of the concrete-finish table with the soft linen banquette is one of those combinations that photographs beautifully from every angle, and Kaylee Chelsea's images prove exactly that.
The Bar: Cade Bar with Custom Striped Vinyl Inserts
The Cade Bar is already one of Prim's most statement-making pieces — a curved, architectural bar that commands attention in any space. For Kristina and Jeff's reception, it was customized with striped vinyl inserts in a warm peach and cream stripe that echoed the evening's color palette perfectly. Topped with a full floral arrangement by Mint Green Design — pink ranunculus, white blooms, and trailing greenery in a white urn — and stacked with crystal glassware and signature cocktails, the bar became one of the most photographed moments of the night. It's a masterclass in what customization can do: a single design decision that ties the rental piece directly into the wedding's identity.
Casa Paloma Patio: Draper Sofa Lounge
Step outside onto the Casa Paloma Patio and the evening opened up into something more relaxed — a lounge moment designed for guests to exhale, drink in hand, and take in the surroundings. Prim's Draper Sofa anchored the space alongside the Kylie Chair, Skyler Side Table, Alexa Coffee Table, and a woven rug that softened the concrete underfoot. Coral paisley pillows — a deliberate nod to the evening's color accent — punctuated the cream upholstery with warmth and pattern. String lights overhead and the Casa Paloma's outdoor fireplace glowing behind the setup made this one of those corners of a wedding that guests migrate toward and never want to leave.
Inside Casa Paloma: Two Distinct Lounge Moments
Inside the Casa Paloma, the design team created not one but two separate lounge environments — each with its own character, both cohesive within the broader palette.
The first lounge centered on Prim's Aria Curved Sofa, its graceful curved profile pulling guests naturally into a seating arc in front of the Casa Paloma's iconic white fireplace — lit and dressed with a lush floral arrangement in peach, coral, and cream by Mint Green Design. The Wesley Coffee Table and Walker Side Table anchored the arrangement, while the Cosmo Ottoman — tufted and generous — added a layer of texture and additional seating. The entire vignette, framed by the whitewashed walls and the fireplace's warm glow, felt like the most beautiful living room you've ever been in.
The second lounge introduced the Mikayla Modular Sofa — configured to wrap the space — alongside the Kylie Chair, the Lora Coffee Table, and additional coral pillows that tied the room back to the evening's signature color. Where the first lounge felt warm and gathered, this one felt more open and conversational — a different mood, a different invitation to guests.
The Cake Table: Meyer Console Table
No detail was too small. Prim's Meyer Console Table — with its rustic, whitewashed wood finish and generous surface — served as the cake table, and it earned every inch of the role. Suze Cake House delivered a multi-cake spread in varying heights and flavors, the centerpiece a three-tiered confection blanketed in sugar flowers in coral, peach, and blush. Below the table's lower shelf, framed vintage family photographs leaned casually against the base — a personal touch that brought a sense of history and heart to the sweetest corner of the room. The Meyer's weathered finish was the perfect complement to the mix of formal cakes and informal family photos — grounded and warm, never fussy.
